Karmine Corp dominates RLCS 2025, the ultimates shine bright

The RLCS 2025 Birmingham Major wrapped up with Karmine Corp clinching the title in front of an excited crowd. Their 4-0 victory over The Ultimates in the Grand Final was a highlight, contributing to a peak viewership of 290,867, making it the most-watched Rocket League match of the year. This event also marked the best result for The Ultimates, a Saudi Arabian team still new to the esports scene, as they reached the finals and set new records for watch time and average peak viewership.

Karmine Corp’s victory, their first in nearly two years, was a dominant one, with the team remaining unbeaten throughout the tournament. Their success, boosted by the influence of Twitch star Kamel "kamet0" Kebir, was instrumental in the event’s popularity. This marked the third consecutive year Karmine Corp has been involved in the most popular RLCS match, underscoring their immense fanbase.

The Birmingham Major was one of the top five most-watched non-World Championship events, with French-language broadcasts leading viewership. With rising stars like The Ultimates emerging, the 2025 season promises to further boost the game’s global appeal, including renewed interest from English-speaking audiences.
